My house is so messy. I did about 4 bags of laundry yesterday, and didn't take any of it out of the bags yet. And I think some of the things in the bag might be a little wet. Hmmph.

So school opens Wednesday. I have until Wed to clean up, finish this project I started to try to put my "creativity" to good use, do stupid schoolwork, hand in college things...and I don't know. I still have a lot of things to do.

No Prison Break tonight. Oh how I will miss thee until whenever the hell you will return.

And I just realized that The Office only has 3 or 4 more episodes left this season. OH NO OH NO OH NO.

Something is wrong with LJ. I'm having trouble updating. Maybe it's because I have a sticky post which is hidden because my list of resources is still incomplete?
YAY fixed it. So ignore me asking anything about whether or not you can see my entries on your friends page. Turns out it was because of the stupid date out of order option. So yea. I guess this puts a damper on me finishing that resources post.

So I'm in Pennsylvania at my cousin's house. I got to work at their 7-Eleven yesterday. Nearly every 7-Eleven in the US is owned by a South-Asian person. At least it seems that way. But it was cool. I learned what "facing" is and learned how to operate the register, which was nice. I don't know if I was supposed to get paid...

Oh and yeah. I got into Barnard! I'm quite happy, and I think I am going to attend.

Now television. It's sad when you look at how little about real life and how much about television I post. Nonetheless...

Missed House. Well the beginning of it. And then the promo for next week upset me because although the episode looks really good, a flight with CUDDY?! Seriously, what?

Oh yea and I saw Black Donnellys. I don't know. It was a good episode I think.  I might need to re-watch it. Kevin's adorable though. But yea. The episodes aren't as bangin' as the pilot. And there was no promo so does that mean no new episode next week? Why!? There will already be no new Prison Break. Speaking of which...

I saw Gerard Butler on Jay Leno and he is such an adorably funny man. Hahahh. I keep remembering his interview and giggling.

Can't wait for Lost tonight. And better yet. CANNOT F-ING WAIT for The Office. So excited. I really hope no one bothers me while I watch it. I hate it when people talk while I watch tv. I've established this so my nephew and my niece both just sit quietly and watch with me.

I'll try my best to catch up with the f-list when I get back. This monitor hurts my eyes. It's not flat screen, and I'm so used to looking at flat screens all the time. All their tv's are flat screens. Why not the monitor?! But vacation's still fun.

So I'm really behind on all of my tv chatter but
I'm really scared because my computer freezes way to often for it's own well being. And sometimes it's the monitor that just shuts off which causes me to restart it, or sometimes it's the keyboard, or sometimes the mouse. I'm really worried and pissed off because I wanted to wait till college to buy a new computer. I really hope this one lasts till then *crosses fingers*

Happier news: I started watching Ugly Betty which is incredibly sweet and the type of show that makes you cringe in embarrassment but eventually lets you feel all happy and mushy inside.

SO it's become 7 shows now. I'm satisfied.

Monday: Prison Break *****
Tuesday: House**
Wednesday: LOST COMES BACK NOW.****
Thursday: Ugly Betty***, The Office ***** (so I have to watch the second half of Betty online...), and Grey's Anatomy**
Friday: NONE
Saturday: NONE
Sunday: Desperate Housewives**

I felt like putting stars to represent my current LOVE.

5 stars for PB, and The Office.
4 stars for Lost because I have great big huge hopes, which I might want to consider reducing to just high hopes.
3 stars for Ugly Betty.
And actually 2.5 for House, Grey's and DH just because I'm not currently insanely excited about those. Which makes me sort of sad actually because House was on the top of my list I think possibly all of last year, with Prison Break running a close second.

OK well lets see. So much to catch up on. Alright first of all

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARAH!!!!!!!! I hope you see this entry yo! Thank gosh it was your shoulder my head bumped into. Hahha. I think I now know at least 20 people that have December birthdays. YAY!

Second of all so so so sorry to the f-list that I have pretty much not paid attention to for months. I sometimes lurk and read entries but never comment. I’m just too horrible for words.

MOVIES )

I really like Justin Timberlake. I remember how I hated him back when "Rock Your Body" or whatever came out. Now I'm pretty much in love with him. I also really like that boy in that Cingular commercial with Ludacris and the Pussycat Dolls and I think Ok Go or something. The one with the Asian lady with the grillz (that's what the diamond braces are called right?) Yea. They just showed that commercial.

I feel accomplished. Sad to say it's because I've updated my livejournal.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO ALL!!  And especially to the F-LIST. If you're in another country where it's not Halloween yet for some reason, I hope you will have an awesome one.

I was: JIM HALPERT. For those who know me, I am a short south-asian girl. Haha it was fun. Will try and post pics of me and my ID. I was three-hole punch Jim to be exact. No one really got it of course but it was really fun since it was sort of a mini-group thing. Three of my friends were Pam Beesley, Ryan Howard and last but not least one of them was Angela Martin. Yes we didn't have Dwight OR Michael but 'twas ok.

OH. And among many favorite costumes, no man was more dear to me than a friend of mine who dressed up as House. AND HE BLOODY ROCKED IT!!!!! Totally made my day. He had the blazer, the cane and even a bottle full of tic-tacs.

And I forget that Mean Girls quote, but Halloween does give teens a reason to dress up as hos without it really reflecting their true characters. Very entertaining...although I must say I might have enjoyed their costumes if I were actually a man.

I should be studying right now for two AP course exams I have tomorrow. Will get on that now. Dammit I wanna be uploading pictures not studying implicit differentiation or elasticity. Stab.

I sound really random. Maybe it was all the chocolate.

Once again everyone: HAPPY HALLOWEEEEEEEEEEEEN.

It's not like 20 days is a huge break.

Let's see. SO so so much to talk about.

School.
OK. I'm not bragging but I go to a nice, respectable high school. One with no history of crazy thigns happening in it. On the other hand, a school that is one block down from my school has METAL DETECTORS.

NY1 felt like being biased asses and wrote and article and did interviews and everything about how our school is insanely stuck-up and how we;re fing lucky to be using cell phones and screwed up schools aren't. POINT IS. Ok. You just have to read the article. Anyone that has time just go to the Education section of NY1 and read the article, and I can swear it will be one of the most biased things you will ever read.

ART. I have been making icons for like the past month but never actually made the icon table and like uploaded them and stuff. WIll do sometime soon. I make art whenver I am supposed to be working on my college search. Heh.

What else...Oh!

Television. It's so sad how I talk most about tv. Let's see. This will all go under a cut.

Well actually no. There isn't anything too woot about except maybe Prison Break tonight, and House tomorrow, because school starts tomorrow, and I will be stepping into my senior year which will probably be the worse thus far. Oh man. I haven't bought anything school related except looseleaf, and like a pair of pants. I'm freaking out. Hopefully my schedule will be well made though, because I will be piseed if I have a class without people I'm well acquainted with. I'm trying to use big words and trying to talk normally.

I've got a whole bunch of reasonably crappy icons that have been piling up since August. WIll post them below. And then well that's it. My entry's done, because I have to go sort things out in my room since SCHOOL FRIGGIN STARTS TOMORROW. *sigh*

Oh and right. Well since times up for joining, go and vote everyone at [info]sb_lims

82 icons total. And 2 House/Cam wps.

[1-23] House/cast
[24-40] Prison Break
[41-46] Pride and Prejudice
[47-59] Movies (LOTR, Speed, The Matrix, Harry Potter (actually just the Weasleys))
[60-61] X-Files
[62-72] Actors (Hugh Jackman, Milo Ventimiglia, Wentworth Miller, Adrien Brody)
[73-76] Julian Sark
[77-82] Grey's Anatomy (I think 2 of these might have been posted before. Bad memory)

Let's talk about tv, since that seems to be one of two things I ever talk about. I'll try short and sweet as opposed to...rant.

I'm sleepy again. I hate Macbeth already and I'm upto Scene 3 of Act I. I'm only about 18-19 chps behind on my Huck Finn readings. OH DEAR.

PS: Does anyone know that super cool Grey's music community....because that show has honestly got the best music.
