Finally back home. Even though I came back to the US on the 10th I've had guests at my house and I've been going off to Long Island and stuff. It's so comforting to finally be able to sleep in my own bed and know that I'll be doing so for a while now.

But then again I have so many things to do and catch up on it makes me so anxious just thinking about it. That's pretty much what sucks about going on long vacations...the cleanup afterwards.

How has everyone's summer been? Somewhat eventful I hope...

I'm going off to vacation tomorrow. It'll be Pennsylvania, Canada, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, then back to New York. I am reasonably excited about the whole thing.

Hopefully I'll have some pictures or something when I return.

So I graduated. YAY. The ceremony was alright I guess. It was a little boring at times but uhm yea.The location was really awesome. Lincoln Center! And afterwards I had a quick lunch at Subway and then finally dinner at an Indian restaurant. Their food was crazy spicy, and if I'm a brown girl who thinks it was spicy, then you can only imagine how truly spicy it was.

So summer vacation has begun. I handed in most of my required college forms, except the really overdue ones. CRAP. I must get to those soon.

And as for a summer job, I was going to look for one, but I am tutoring three kids this summer, and I don't know if I want to be spending any more of my time not having fun this summer. So at the moment, I'm not looking for a job anymore. But I don't know. Like the tutoring isn't going to exactly bring in an insane amount of money, but it will have to do I guess. Small price to pay for a relaxing summer.

I am thinking of making this an actually sort of short entry. Thinking of ending it right here, no pictures or anything. Yea. That's what I'll do. I have to post my old butt-ugly icons soon.

Oh. I had a dream last night that Britney Spears is writing a book/making a movie about how everyone should believe in God.

It's really warm near my computer right now.

So I'm in Pennsylvania at my cousin's house. I got to work at their 7-Eleven yesterday. Nearly every 7-Eleven in the US is owned by a South-Asian person. At least it seems that way. But it was cool. I learned what "facing" is and learned how to operate the register, which was nice. I don't know if I was supposed to get paid...

Oh and yeah. I got into Barnard! I'm quite happy, and I think I am going to attend.

Now television. It's sad when you look at how little about real life and how much about television I post. Nonetheless...

Missed House. Well the beginning of it. And then the promo for next week upset me because although the episode looks really good, a flight with CUDDY?! Seriously, what?

Oh yea and I saw Black Donnellys. I don't know. It was a good episode I think.  I might need to re-watch it. Kevin's adorable though. But yea. The episodes aren't as bangin' as the pilot. And there was no promo so does that mean no new episode next week? Why!? There will already be no new Prison Break. Speaking of which...


I saw Gerard Butler on Jay Leno and he is such an adorably funny man. Hahahh. I keep remembering his interview and giggling.

Can't wait for Lost tonight. And better yet. CANNOT F-ING WAIT for The Office. So excited. I really hope no one bothers me while I watch it. I hate it when people talk while I watch tv. I've established this so my nephew and my niece both just sit quietly and watch with me.

I'll try my best to catch up with the f-list when I get back. This monitor hurts my eyes. It's not flat screen, and I'm so used to looking at flat screens all the time. All their tv's are flat screens. Why not the monitor?! But vacation's still fun.

So I'm on vacation now, and it's been pretty awesome. Had a "party" at my house yesterday, and then went to a real party at my friend's house, and it was a surprise birthday party, so awesomeness. Totally partied hearty.

Ok. Ok. Shocker that this entry wil be pretty much all about tv or school. Maybe a little bit about life. Doubt it though because by the time I'm done talking about tv I'll be too tired.

Ok. House. I've caught up. Well no not really, but I'm just hooked and I hate that I'm hooked. I saw the second half of S1 and then what was it like the first 2 eps of S2, and then like the 5 most recent episodes. So I'm pretty much caught up right? I think so. Let's see. Everyone that likes medical shows that has nothing to really watch now what with ER on repeats and Grey's Anatomy not on for another week, watch HOUSE. Honestly...it's too good. I do sorta dislike how Cameron's all "I'm over you House".

Ok. Prison Break. Good God. It's become more than just  watching how good WM can look in simple jail clothing.


Ok. I went to volunteer. During Spring Break. (Does everyone capitalize Spring Break or is it just me?) This is what I'm doing. I didn't get to go anywhere because of the shitload of work I have, not like I've done any of it because I keep watching House. (OH. And I can't watch Hous on my computer. NO. My monitor is too bloody screwed up. So I watch it on my brother's computer. And I'm insanely paranoid about him finding me on it. Very risky business. I almost got caught yesterday. He doesn't seem to be getting upset, but you never know) But yea. I volunteered at some senior center, and helped serve milk (which was lowfat but they all thought it was SKIM. Seriously everybody lies and its just mean to do it to seniors.) Also did the thing where you fold forks into napkins which I can never do. AND the elderly people got to watch KONG. When they were announcing that the "movie is gonna start at 1:00. We're showing KING KONG" you could hear me and my friend gasp cause we got so excited. It was hilarious cause a bunch of the seniors looked at us like WTF?! It wasn't that bad I guess. I don't like the man in charge though. He's mean and my friend thinks he looked us up and down. Nasty, lonely man? Or dirty, paranoid  friend? Tough call.

I think I'm all talked out. I was gonna go do homework, BUT I love love love Liyan's ( bluebear_74 ) high definition House caps. So I think iconage will happen.
